OVERTIME is a solo exhibition by DonCarlos Salinas that brings together years of sketchbooks, drawings, paintings, books, characters, and visual systems.

The show is organized into three sections: Practice, Systems, and Repetition.

Together, these sections show how years of private work became a larger creative world. Practice shows where the work began. Systems shows how repeated ideas became visual styles and methods. Repetition shows how daily work, especially through the Smiley Face Project, turned into characters, books, and a body of work people can now walk through.

This exhibition is about taking a massive archive of work and giving it shape, context, and a clear path for people to experience.
